Stone Wharf

The area to the front of where the ‘up’ incline cross the ‘down’, was baseboarded today. This features a sunken section which will form the area to be known as ‘Stone Wharf’.

Baseboarding was also done on the upper level corner and the foreground corner.

This view gives a better impression of the sunken wharf area. Also note that I have extended the loft boarding on the far side of the roof truss.

The extended loft boarding allows easy access to the underneath, and back, of the layout. It also allows for all the usual bric-a-brac, that accumulates in the loft, to be stored out of sight.
